He sat beside Orihime, who lay on a cot in the back room of the Urahara shop. It had been almost two days since the fall of Aizen, and Orihime was still unconscious. Ururu assured him that it would take at least a week for Orihime to come to, and maybe a month before her soul was entirely whole again.
Even if Orihime did wake up, no one was absolutely sure what she would be like. She might be unresponsive, she might be violent, she might have bursts of unpredictable emotions and be mentally unstable.
